1. Tell us about your pub

Questions we are asked most

Is there a minimum contract?
Your Pub Hub starts with the setup fee and monthly service for the package you choose. We’ll make the ongoing terms clear before you start, so you know exactly what you’re committing to.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Domain registration, hosting and one professional business email address are included for the first 12 months. From Year 2, the annual renewal for those services becomes payable separately. We’ll let you know the renewal cost in advance.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. PubHubs is designed to grow with your business. You can start with Starter, Active or Grow and move up or add optional growth tools when the time is right.
Are there any additional charges?
Your package covers the setup and the monthly services listed for it. Optional add-ons, like those shown on this page, are priced separately — and we’ll always check what’s already included in your package before recommending anything additional.
What if I already have a website or domain?
That’s fine. We can review what you already have and decide whether it makes sense to keep, improve, connect or replace it. You do not have to start from scratch unnecessarily.
How long does a Pub Hub take to build?
That depends on the size of the project and how quickly we receive the information, images and content we need. A straightforward Pub Hub can usually move quickly once the essentials are supplied. We’ll agree the expected build schedule with you before work begins.
What do you need from me to get started?
We’ll need the basics about your pub — your contact details, opening information, menus, events, offers, photos, branding and any existing website or social links. We’ll guide you through everything during onboarding.
Who owns the domain and content?
Your pub’s business assets should remain under your control. We’ll explain how the domain, content and account access are handled before the project begins so there are no surprises.
Can you help with menus, events and special offers after launch?
Yes. Active and Grow include ongoing promotional activity, and additional campaigns can be added whenever you need an extra push for an event, offer or quieter trading period.
Can you help bring customers back, not just attract new ones?
Yes. That is one of the main reasons PubHubs exists. Customer capture, email activity, birthday marketing, loyalty, reactivation and other repeat-business tools can be added as your system develops.
How does payment work?
Once we’ve agreed the right package with you, we’ll guide you through the PubHubs onboarding and secure payment process. Your initial payment is taken through Stripe, and you’ll receive confirmation when the payment has been completed successfully.
Can someone from PubHubs help me through the setup and payment?
Yes. The onboarding process is designed to be sales-assisted. We can complete the business details with you and guide you through the package and payment process step by step.
